We see the amount that the guest pays to us as a whole.
Although it consists of a daily rate, platform fee, cleaning costs and taxes, we believe that the total amount is what counts for the guest when deciding on a listing.
In our dashboard, we break these amounts down for you so that you can understand how our pricing comes about, for example: in our setup, the guest fee goes into our account, we handle all costs and pay you the difference at the beginning of each month.

We have technicians and craftsmen available around the clock to keep your apartment in good shape and we will give you an insight and charge you the costs - approx. 3% of the turnover - at the end of the month.

We work together with numerous professional cleaning and laundry service providers. This enables us to achieve price advantages and consistent quality. Typically, we have a contractual relationship with the service providers and deduct the costs from your payment in consultation with you.

Your payment is made on the 5th of each month. You will also receive all invoices for your tax return.

How does Arbio work?
The first step is to get in touch with us. We will discuss the best options with you and calculate your profit potential. Once you're happy, the next steps depend on whether you already have an ongoing setup or are starting from scratch. We are familiar with both. Take a look at the onboarding process.
What makes Arbio the right partner?
Managing a vacation home is not easy. It's a balance between accommodating, analyzing and managing a home that requires a lot of attention. We take that effort off your hands because we do it anyway and because we simply love what we do. We've made it our mission to make vacation rental owners happy. Really happy.
What happens if I am not satisfied with Arbio's service?
During the onboarding process, we agree on a target for revenue and guest reviews. We will review this target regularly. If we don't meet these targets, we will charge a service fee that only covers the costs you would incur if you were running the business yourself. You can also leave us at any time.
How does the onboarding process work?
Together with one of our team members, we will guide you through the process. Once we've agreed on a sales target, we'll sign a service agreement and visit your home(s). We'll assess your setup and start operations as soon as you're ready.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
As your vacation rental partner, we're here to stay. And we hope you will too. However, if we fail to keep our promise, if there is a change of ownership of the house or for any other important reason, you can terminate the contract at any time.
Do I already need a running business?
No. We have everything in our deal portfolio, from unfurnished to freshly renovated to "we've been doing this for a while now and are fed up with it".
What about the legality? Isn't short-term letting illegal?
We only work with commercially used apartments on our short-term rental site. Get in touch with one of our experts if you are unsure about the regulations in your area. We also offer custom solutions for non-commercial properties.
I don't own my apartments, I rent them. Is that also possible?
That works too! Get in touch with one of our team members so that we can crunch the numbers and find a good solution! But you can also work with us as a tenant
Do I have a personal contact at Arbio?
Yes, and that will always be the case. Even after signing a service contract with us, we have dedicated team members who will take care of your requests.
