We see the amount that the guest pays to us as a whole.
Although it consists of a daily rate, platform fee, cleaning costs and taxes, we believe that the total amount is what counts for the guest when deciding on a listing.
In our dashboard, we break these amounts down for you so that you can understand how our pricing comes about, for example: in our setup, the guest fee goes into our account, we handle all costs and pay you the difference at the beginning of each month.

How does Arbio work?
The first step is to get in touch with us. We'll discuss the best options with you and calculate your profit potential. If you're happy, the next steps depend on whether you already have an ongoing setup or start at 0. We're familiar with both. Have a look at the onboarding process.
What makes Arbio the right partner?
Managing a holiday home is not easy. It is a balance between housing, analyzing and managing a home that requires a lot of attention. We do this work for you because we're doing it anyway and because we just love what we're doing. We have made it our mission to make vacation rental owners happy. Really happy.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with Arbio's service?
During the onboarding process, we agree on a target for sales and guest reviews. We will review this goal regularly. If we don't meet these goals, we charge a service fee that only covers the costs you would incur if you were running the business yourself. Plus, you can always leave us.
How does the onboarding process work?
Together with one of our team members, we will guide you through the process. After we have agreed on a sales target, we sign a service contract and visit your home (s). We'll assess your facility and start operations as soon as you're ready.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
As your partner for vacation rentals, we're here to stay. And we hope you will too.
However, if we do not keep our promise, if there is a change in ownership of the house, or if there is any other important reason, you can cancel the contract at any time.
Do I already need an ongoing business?
No We have everything in our deal portfolio, from unfurnished to freshly renovated to “we've been doing this for a while now and we're tired of it.”
What about legality? Isn't short-term rental illegal?
On our short-term rental site, we only work with commercial apartments. Get in touch with one of our experts if you're unsure about the regulations in your area. We also offer tailor-made solutions for non-commercial properties.
I don't own my apartments, I rent them. Is that also possible?
That works too! Get in touch with one of our team members so we can calculate the numbers and find a good solution! But you can also work with us as a tenant
Do I have a personal contact at Arbio?
Yes, and that will always be the case. Even after signing a service agreement with us, we have dedicated team members who will take care of your inquiries.
